Currently, we only ship to the forty-eight contiguous states within the United States and Washington, DC. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or diplomatic locations.

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Empifiny is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should not occur because we do not ship internationally.
Damages
Empifiny is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at support@empifiny.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
